Jensen Precast’s New Biofiltration System Earns Industry Approval

Jensen Precast announced that its StormVault Biofiltration System featuring Sierra Blend bio soil media has earned verification from the New Jersey Corporation for Advanced Technology as a Stormwater Manufactured Treatment Device for Green Infrastructure. According to Jensen, tests showed that the system has the highest infiltration rates among leading industry solutions.

“At 191 inches per hour per square foot, our Sierra Blend bio soil media offers the highest infiltration rate currently available,” Jensen Precast Stormwater Systems Manager Walter Stein said, noting that the system is ideal for contractors and developers looking for a product that offers a higher infiltration rate with a smaller footprint.
