Carrier has launched its new OptiClean 1500-cfm Dual-Mode Air Scrubber & Negative Air Machine to help keep air clean and healthy in classrooms, cafeterias, libraries, gymnasiums, restrooms and other spaces. The product pulls air from inside larger spaces, removes contaminants, and discharges cleaner and filtered air.
“Schools and school districts around the country are making very difficult decisions about how to adequately prepare to reopen in the fall while keeping their students and teachers safe,” Carrier HVAC President Chris Nelson said. “Our new OptiClean technology will provide one piece of the puzzle to help protect the health of students and teachers when they return to school.”
The portable units, which can plug into a standard wall outlet, use a greater than 99.97% efficient, long-life HEPA filter to lower the presence of coronavirus and other air contaminants. To learn more, visit carrier.com/commercial.
